We met Sunday, a quarter to one, just as planned, had a nice chat for a while, explained the route and went cruzin’ with our electric cars… It was beautiful, scenic and fun to drive our idyllic backroads, the land is green again and the mountains graced with waterfalls. We got a lot of attention with our parade of electric cars and the Kauai EV flags, Lots of shakas, waves and honks from other drivers especially once we went into Kapaa.
At 2pm we arrived at Kealia, parked together by the ocean and took a lot of photos. Then we went on to the potluck spot where we stayed almost until 4pm, having a great time and enjoying good food.
